Print your QR poster
Download your QR poster, choose how it looks, add one for each table, and scan it to check it works.
Your QR poster is what guests scan when they finish eating. It carries your logo or your name, a line inviting them to scan, and the coupon they'll get. You can print it as many times as you like.
Download your poster
- Go to Settings and tap Your QR posters.
- Tap the QR you want to print.
- Choose a Template, and switch Show logo on or off. The preview shows exactly what prints.
- Tap Download and choose a format:
- Print-ready PDF for printing.
- PNG image for digital use, like your website or social media.
- Sticker pack for all your QRs in one PDF.
- Save or send the file from your phone, and print it.
To print every QR at once, tap Download all as sticker pack in Your QR posters.
Check it works
Once your posters are up, scan each one with the app. It takes a minute and tells you they're up and working.
- In Your QR posters, tap Scan, beside the posters that are Not checked yet. While you're getting started, your home screen has the same step.
- Point the camera at each poster in turn. Each one ticks off as checked, and the screen tells you which are Still to check.
- Tap Done when you're finished.
Can't scan one? Open it in Your QR posters and tap Check it by hand.
A poster works for guests whether it's checked or not. Checking just confirms it's up and scans.
One QR, or one per table?
One QR for the whole location is the simplest: print it as many times as you like, for every table, the till and the window.
If you want to know which table or area each opinion comes from, give each one its own QR:
- In Your QR posters, tap + Add.
- Give it a Label, like "Table 3" or "Terrace".
- Tap Create spot, then download its poster.
Can I change the line on the poster?
Yes. Open a QR in Your QR posters and write your own Claim line. Leave it empty and the poster says "Tell us how it was", with your coupon under it.
The template, claim line and logo apply to every poster, not just the one you're looking at.
Do I need to reprint if I change my survey or coupon?
No. A printed QR keeps working, whatever you change behind it: your questions, your coupon, your colours. Reprint only if you want the poster itself to show something new, like a new name or a new coupon.
Should I put my logo inside the QR?
Logo inside QR puts your logo in the middle of the code. It usually scans fine, but print one and test it before you print a batch.
